This specialised Trade Training facility enables our students the opportunity to study a variety of VET (Vocational Education and Training) courses in a state-of-the-art kitchen. These courses allow students to gain industry recognised qualifications or a statement of attainment in their chosen area. Undertaking these courses allows students to gain both knowledge and valuable industry experience in a commercial grade kitchen, preparing students for employment in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry. In addition, to gaining industry qualifications these VET courses count towards a student's HSC completion and may also contribute towards an ATAR.
