It is my great pleasure to announce Beau Abnett Year 9 and Bianca Burns Year 8 have achieved Platinum level at Murrumburrah High School.
Beau Abnett has been a student at Murrumburrah High School since Year 7. He is an enthusiastic student who always makes the most of his time at school. He consistently abides by school rules and wears his uniform with pride. Beau has experienced particular success in the sporting arena, in athletics, swimming and cross country representing the school at district level in all of them. His particular success is in the field of distance running and cross country where his results have always been very impressive. In addition, he displays outstanding sportsmanship and leadership on the field. As an SRC representative in the school, he has demonstrated his ability to lead by example. Beau is a polite and diligent member of our school community. Mature and hardworking he presents himself in a positive manner across all areas of the school. He is an exemplary student who displays all of the qualities of a platinum student, and is thus a role model for his peers and junior students.
Year 8 student Bianca has been a student at Murrumburrah High School since last year. In this time she has impressed all of those who have come into contact with her as a hardworking student, completing all class and assignment work with diligence. She is always well behaved, abiding by school rules at all times. Bianca wears her uniform everyday with pride. In her time at Murrumburrah High School Bianca has been involved in dance and has this year taken up debating. As an SRC representative in 2019, she makes positive contributions and is enjoying the role of working for the improvement of the school. According to her teachers Bianca is always respectful to her peers and staff, and thus is a highly recommended recipient of this award.
These students are role models to all students at Murrumburrah High School and should be very proud of their achievements. Congratulations Beau and Bianca.
